By using DDverse, Soilo, or GrowthX Consulting services, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Use of Services –
   Our services, devices, and programs are provided for business, agricultural, and educational purposes. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unlawful activity is not permitted.
    

2. Payments –
   Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. For Soilo device purchases, final payment confirms your order. For GrowthX services, invoices are payable as per agreed timelines.
    

3. Intellectual Property –

   • Soilo device, app, and software are the intellectual property of DDverse Initiatives Pvt. Ltd.

   • GrowthX strategies, training material, and brand assets remain our property.

   • Clients/users cannot reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without permission.
      

4. Limitations of Liability –
   While we strive for accuracy and reliability, DDverse, Soilo, and GrowthX are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or business decisions made solely on the basis of our device data or consulting advice.
    

5. Changes –
   Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
