Refund Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction across DDverse, Soilo, and GrowthX. Refunds are subject to the following:
 

1. Soilo Devices –

   • Refunds are available only if the device is returned unused, in original condition, within 7 days of delivery.

   • Once the device is activated or paired with the app, refunds are not available.

   • In case of defects, replacements will be provided as per warranty.
      

2. GrowthX Consulting Services –

   • Fees for completed consulting sessions or delivered projects are non-refundable.

   • If a project is cancelled before execution begins, partial refunds may be considered.
      

3. Programs & Courses (DDverse) –

   • Refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course/program has been accessed.
      

4. Process –

   • Email hello@ddverse.in with proof of purchase and reason for request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
